Our philosophy is to ensure customers can use our products reliably and safely. If you have any concerns with your device, service specialists will arrive on scene to handle any and all issues.

Service staff from the International Department and the regional Service Manager work hand in hand to provide good service.
Our service managers are dispatched from Headquarters to each sales office to meet customer needs quickly. When a problem occurs, staff endeavor to reach the customer as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.
Additionally, the service manager of Tomey GmbH (Germany) holds service training for distributors linked in to the global service network. In Asia, Tomey Wuxi Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (China) is in place for after-care service.
